Section 12: S1/2S1/2 Section 13: N1/2N1/2 APPLICATION On June 30, 2016, Extraction Oil & Gas, LLC ("Applicant"), Operator No.10459, by and through its attorneys, Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. filed a verified application pursuant to C.R.S. § 34-60-116 for an order to: 1) Vacate Order No. 407-87 only as it pertains to the Application Lands; 2) Establish one approximate 320-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Application Lands for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Codell and Niobrara Formations, and approve one horizontal well within the unit, for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Codell and Niobrara Formations; and 3) Require the productive interval of the wellbore of any permitted wells in the unit to be located no closer than 600 feet from the unit boundaries. 4) Applicant states that the wells shall be drilled from no more than one wellpad within the unit, or from a legal location on adjacent lands, subject to Rule 318A, unless an exception is granted by the Director. APPLICABLE RULES AND ORDERS (available online at: http://cogcc.state.co.us, under "ORDERS") On February 19, 1992, the Commission entered Order No. 407-87, which established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and/or gas from the Codell-Niobrara Formations underlying lands in Adams, Boulder, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld Counties. The Order allows for dual completion and downhole commingling as to both oil and gas in the Codell-Niobrara Formation. The Application Lands are subject to this Order. Front Range Classifieds, FINAL NOTICE OF A POTENTIAL IMPACT TO FLOOD HAZARD AND WETLAND AREAS The Colorado Department of Local Affairs will be committing Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funds, under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended or Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act, to undertake a Colorado Department of Agriculture and the Little Thompson Watershed Coalition project for disaster repair and recovery in Larimer County at 1528 South County Road 17, Berthoud, CO. The specific elements of this proposed action are to repair and restore agricultural lands impacted by the September 2013 flood. Activities include: irrigation pipe replacement; fence replacement; streambank restoration, revegetation, and grading; soil testing; cut and fill; drain tile replacement; topsoil and reseeding; tree replacement; and pond dredging. The proposed actions, if implemented, would impact Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) designated Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA); reference 08069C1387G, 0813C1388G, and 08069C1389G, effective February 6, 2013. Debris removal and streambank restoration would occur in a riverine wetland associated with the Little Thompson River. The purposes of this notice are to: (1) inform the public of this commitment; (2) identify the reasons why the proposal must be located in the floodplain and adjacent wetland; (3) provide a list of the alternatives considered; and (4) discuss all mitigation measures to be undertaken to minimize adverse impacts and to restore and preserve natural and beneficial values. The reuse pipeline runs approximately 100 feet north of Baseline Road running from East County Line road west to the west side of Hwy 287 where approximately 2500 feet west of the highway the pipeline turns north and runs north to terminate at the east side of Goose Haven Reservoir Complex. The potable water transmission extends from the Baseline water treatment plant east south of Baseline Road then north at Applewood Drive along the recreation path to a point where it turns east to run along the north edge of the Indian Peaks Golf Course south of Red Deer Trail then extending to an existing pipeline in 95th Street. An additional segment which extends from the north west corner of the intersection of 95th Street and Arapahoe Road east to a point approximately 1250 ft. from the intersection of Hwy 287 and Arapahoe Road, in Sections 22, 27, 32, 33, 36, of Range 69, Township 1N, and Sections 05, 06, Range 1S, Township 69.
